It has been pretty warm lately, but some day soon you may be grabbing an extra blanket, starting a fire, or considering firing up your furnace for the first time this season! Here’s what you can expect the first time you start your furnace!
You’ve heard us talking about our Service Agreement Plan but you may not have a good idea of why it is so important to be a part of the program. This summer, we got call after call from people in emergency cooling situations. Their unit had broken down and they were in need of our services. While you may not be thinking about your heating system just yet, now is a great time to start preparing. We asked CV3 Mechanical Solutions Owner and Lead Service Tech, Frank Bates, some common questions about heating systems that may be helpful to you in the coming months.
Have you checked your filters lately? Many people don’t think about their air filters but these seemingly inconsequential parts of your heating and cooling systems can make a big difference in system functionality. Regularly changing them can help prevent breakdown.

We are still working on this feature so come back soon!
